DESCRIPTION
Location of application – Interior & Exterior.
For use on stoves, BBQs, engines, radiators and other metal items.
Surface finish – Matt.
Maston Heat Resistant 600 °C is suited for dampers, bike cylinders, furnace doors, boilers, outdoor grills, chimneys, where the operation temperature of which does not exceed +600 °C.
For optimum results: Clean and dry the surface to be treated. Mix the paint carefully before use.
Use a brush for application. If necessary, apply the second layer directly on the wet surface or only after 24 hours of drying at room temperature.
Recoat time – 2 hours.
Touch dry time – 30 minutes.
Provides rust protection..
Litre capacity – 1000 ml.
A quick-drying, ultra-tough heat-resistant finish.
Highly concentrated.
Durable, corrosion-resistant.
Not recommended for areas directly exposed to flames (e.g. inside of BBQs, fireplaces).
Good results are easily achievable with this simple to use brush paint.
Retains colour and finish up to 600°C.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean and dry the surface to be treated. Mix the paint thoroughly before use. Apply with
a brush or spray. If necessary, apply a second coat using the wet-on-wet method or at
the earliest 2 days (+20°C) after the first coat.
Thinning and washing of tools: Maston Xylen.
When using the product indoors, be sure to shield the area at least 5m in every
direction from the object to be painted, the paint dust is light and is dispersed by
ventilation over long distances.

In addition – Surface preparation: For best results, ensure surface is clean, dry & free from loose paint, mould & mildew, wax or oil. If wax has been used, clean the surface thoroughly with white spirit. We recommend that bare wood should be sanded before painting. Hard glossy surfaces should be abraded before painting. Cover surrounding areas to protect from spray mist.
Also – You can apply this to a multitude of other surfaces such as Metal, Wood, Plastic, Ceramic and even Glass with the correct preparation.
